I've seen a ring / Bracelet I like, but I'm not sure about the size.

Most of our bracelets and rings are fully adjustable, making them easy to fit. For the few designs that aren’t adjustable, we offer multiple size options. You can check our size chart while shopping, or email us your wrist or ring measurements—we’re always happy to help you choose the right fit.

If your item arrives and doesn’t fit, we’re happy to exchange it for another size (subject to availability) as long as you contact us within 30 days. If the size you need isn’t in stock, we’ll issue a refund once the item is returned.

How do I clean and care for my jewellery?

All our pieces are water‑ and tarnish‑resistant, but we still recommend keeping your jewellery away from water, lotions, perfumes, and chemicals to help it last even longer.

Our Plated Collection is crafted from brass with a special coating, making it more durable when exposed to water. However, this doesn’t mean the gold plating will never fade — it simply slows the process.

Only solid gold is truly waterproof, and because it’s much more expensive, gold‑plated jewellery offers a more accessible alternative. We use thick gold plating so your pieces can last for years with proper care.

For all jewellery, we strongly advise avoiding contact with liquids to preserve the plating.

Jewellery Care Tips

  1. Store your jewellery in a zip‑lock pouch or airtight container when not in use to minimise exposure to air and moisture.
  2. Avoid wearing your pieces while showering, applying makeup, creams, perfume, or any chemicals.
  3. Remove jewellery before exercising or swimming. A few splashes won’t harm it (just wipe it dry), but constant exposure to sweat, chlorine, or saltwater can reduce durability.
  4. Gently wipe your jewellery with a polishing cloth to restore its shine.

Sterling Silver

Sterling silver tarnishes when exposed to air and becomes dull if it comes into regular contact with chemicals. To keep your sterling silver jewellery looking stunning, we suggest you adopt the following tips for looking after your jewellery:

1. Store silver jewellery in an air tight container or box and in a dark place away from air and water exposure.

2. Don’t wear silver jewellery whilst having a bath/taking a shower, applying make up, cream, perfume or hairspray. Get into the habit of putting your jewellery on last.

3. Avoid swimming while wearing silver jewellery, as chlorine in pools and saltwater from the sea can damage and tarnish it.

4. To remove tarnish, we recommend wiping the silver with the polishing cloth provided with your order or with any other silver cleaning products that you might have. This will bring back the silver's original shine.

Which materials are your jewellery pieces made from, and are they safe for sensitive skin?

Yes our jewellery is hypoallergenic.

Our Plated pieces are crafted with high‑quality brass and finished with thick 18k gold or silver plating. The plating is top‑notch and designed to last, especially with proper care.

Silver‑plated items may naturally oxidise over time — a gentle wipe with a soft cloth will bring them back to their original shine.

A care card will be included with your order, and you can also refer to our Jewellery Care section for more tips.

Are the Gemstones real?

Yes — we use natural, genuine gemstones in our jewellery.
Only a small number of designs feature glass crystals or imitation stones, and these will always be clearly mentioned in the product listing.

Please note:
Because we work with real gemstones, every piece is beautifully unique.

  1. Colour: Natural stones vary, so the item you receive may differ slightly from the photos. Screen settings can also affect how colours appear.
  2. Size: Each gemstone is naturally formed, so sizes may vary from the images shown.
